Pre-Order Cancellations/Returns:
There's a 72 hour cancellation period for a full refund on pre-orders. If you refund a pre-ordered item after the 72 hour period you can either opt in for full value store credit, or request a cash back refund minus a 25% restocking fee.Â
If a Pre-Ordered item is shipped and received by the customer it is now considered an In-Stock Item and cannot be refunded.Â
If you plan to Pre-Order an item please be 100% sure you want the item because your pre-order is immediately sent to the manufacturer for production and for fulfillment.Â
